| Welcome to Choice Move, North East Derbyshire District Council’s new way of allocating Council and partner housing association homes for rent.
We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Homes that are available for rent will be advertised every week. You must then tell us which homes you are interested in. This process is known as bidding. You may only bid for a home if your application has been accepted onto our housing register.
