We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Homes that are available for rent will be advertised every week.

You must then tell us which homes you are interested in. This process is known as bidding. You may only bid for a home if your application has been accepted onto our housing register.  To download our Information Guide click here, alternatively please select the link below on how to contact us.

Rykneld Homes will be going live with 'Link', the sub-regional scheme on 8 September 2011.

Any applicant that has been accepted onto the housing register of one of the partner organisations is eligible to bid for properties advertised through Link.

Applicants may make up to three bids per advertising cycle through Link in addition to their Choice Move bids.

Money Management Workshops

Rykneld Homes has arranged an interactive Money Management Workshop for Choice Move applicants, in an initiative to build on their existing knowledge and improve financial awareness.

The next workshop will be held on Tuesday 27 March 2012 at Pioneer House, Mill Lane, Wingerworth.  Transport can be arranged upon request.

New Development of Affordable Housing in Winsick

Derwent Living will be managing 17 new properties to rent on Gorse Valley Road, Winsick.  These properties are expected to be completed in April 2012 and will be advertised through the Choice Move system.  To bid on the properties you must complete a Choice Move application form.
